I fell off the wagon last month after hitting a plateau, and had stopped working out for about 3 weeks. But I'm back and ready to get it moving again! Let's do this!!!

Sounds good. I will aim for 2-3 days a week, depending upon how I feel on Fridays. I walk on Mondays and Wednesdays and try to get in Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This week I got in two days of classes.

Sorry I'm late with this month's challenge. Let's keep the same challenge going!

The goal is a minimum of 1 class 3x a week. For those who want more of a challenge let's shoot for a minimum of 3 classes of 3x a week!
