I do that anyways...very seldom take the lift...always the stairs...
At present I am running form one appointment to the next and that will continue this coming week as I am at a conference all week....
Will hopefully get a look in at the gym the following week....hopefully...
This is my busy season and in a weeks time I will get to walk a couple of K's with the graduations...
All good...just how things are at this time of the year

Only a 10 minute walk for me today to keep my 10 minutes everyday streak going. Will go for a longer walk tomorrow. Over an hour.

Weighed in at home this morning and had a massive 6.5 pounds loss, but at ww 4 hours later it was only a 4.5 pounds loss, so decided to track my weight using my weigh ins at home in future.

Today I did my first timed 5k for the spark weekly virtual 5k walk in 61 minutes. I was surprised I did it that quick! And now I feel great! Got a blister though. Short walk tomorrow! Actually I've got ww weigh in tomorrow. I'll walk home from there. So not such a short walk!

Get to a goal by Christmas? That would mean 2 pounds a week for me. My priority is to lose at least 1 pound a week. I suppose it's possible I could lose 2 pounds a week if I walk enough though. One thing's for sure - the more I walk the more I'll lose.

What exercise are you all doing? Shall we log our exercise minutes on this thread each day so we can encourage one another? At my ww meeting the ladies who exercise are the ones who lose the most weight. So I've set up a walk every day exercise streak for myself. My favourite exercise is walking. Yesterday was a good day. I did 45 minutes.
