Week 5 which includes 1st 2 days of July

June 26 Team Challenges 1 & 2 emoticon Fitness is 10 minutes only with overall stretching while recovering from surgery... Nutrition for the most part met those goals

June 21 No Fitness but met my other nutritional goals stayed within calories, even if it was a liquid diet.. emoticon .

June 22 stretching today 10 minutes, again met my other nutritional goals stayed within calories, even if it was mostly a liquid diet..was able to eat a scrambled egg to my diet today! emoticon .

June 23 the same for Stretching, 10 minutes, probably will be like this for remainder of month, have added a little more solids to my diet, yogurt, smoothy which makes me happy emoticon

Good Morning Team,

We are beginning a brand new month with new Goals and Challenges ahead. Let's push ahead and decide today to create a "healthy you" we can together...

You have done a great job in meeting your goals this past month, I encourage you to post your results so I can reward you for your hard work and achievement in May

I am hoping you will continue on with our new Team Challenges for June.

Let's stand together and Create a Fitter and Healthier You....

For this next month I have 2 Challenges for you...You chose which Team Challenge works best for you...

Team Challenge # 1

Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water per day or more

Eat between 6 and 8 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables per day or more

Stay within my Calorie Range per day

Team Challenge # 2

Cardio Fitness Daily: between 15 minutes and 30 minutes per day or more

Strengthening Exercises 3 times per week between 10 and 20 minutes per session or more

Upper and Lower Body Fitness with Bands or your choice of Weights between 10 and 15 minutes per day or more

So who is onboard? You are welcome to work on both Team Challenges or chose the ones that best suit your needs, it is your choice. I cheer you on and hope to see you onboard..
