This Month I have posted a new set of Challenges for us. I believe there is something for everyone; you are welcome to chose as many of the options that are posted below.

Stay within your calorie range, eat between 5 and 8 servings or more of fresh fruit' and vegetables per day drink between 6-8 glasses of water per day.
