Good Evening Team,

Here we are with a brand new month starting tomorrow. Let's get started and let's push ahead in God's Strength.....

This month I'd like to Challenge you to walk this journey with me for a healthier body in December....

I have 2 Challenges for you...

Team Challenge # 1

Drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water per day
Eat between 5 and 8 servings of veggies per day
Stay within your calorie range daily

Team Challenge # 2

Exercise at least 3 times a week, aiming for daily fitness, you chose your own exercises

Strength Train at least 2 times a week raising the bar to 3 times or more, It's your choice of what exercise you use

Walk/Run/Cycle/Wheelchair tracking at least 3 times a week between 10 minutes to 15 minutes or more to build strength/stamina/balance

So who is on-board with me, I hope to see you pushing ahead to healthier lifestyles with me this brand new Month of December...
