Met my Goals Post Surgery Needs and got in 10 minutes of Fitness, I am doing better but because my body reacted strongly with increased fitness, I have had to scale back to 10 minutes today, new instruction medically no more than between 10 & 15 minutes of exercise per day for at least a week...

Team Challenge # 3 Combo of Challenges 1 and 2 emoticon

- Track Food and stay within daily calorie ranges

- Track Fitness & Exercise Daily between 15-30

- Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of water

- Eat between 5 to 8 servings of Fruits and Veggies per day

- Strength Train at least 3 times a week,(Monday Wednesday Friday)

- Cardio Daily at least 15-30 or more per session 20 minutes again today, hope to increase providing I get the go ahead from Doctor tomorrow...

- All Over Body Stretching

Evening Hello Team,

Here we are another new month coming & another opportunity to push ahead and reach our goals and be the best we can be...I know you can do it, you have done so well on your October Challenges,

If you haven't yet filled in your days for October's Challenge I encourage you do it, there is still time. Your Team Awards will be coming out this weekend for your accomplishments!

So having said that, here are your November's Team Challenges...

I have 3 Team Challenges for you to choose from...:

Team Challenge 1

- Track Food and stay within daily calorie ranges
- Track Fitness & Exercise Daily between 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more
- Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of water
- Eat between 5 to 8 servings of Fruits and Veggies per day

Team Challenge 2

- Strength Train at least 3 times a week, you decide how long, I encourage you to raise the bar to your personal best

- Cardio Daily at least 15 minutes per session with aiming to reach 30 minutes or more per session

- All Over Body Stretching per day following your Cardio workout, you decide how much
