October 31 another repeat of yesterday

Challenge # 3 COMBO 15 minutes Total Fitness

Today I am feeling better but am sleeping a lot, cannot do anything strenuous or any heavy lifting for 3 days but did manage the stretches overall body stretches, core and some light leg stretches, 15 minutes total and that is all I can handle for now...

Challenge # 3 COMBO 15 minutes Total Fitness

I stepped up exercise. Did water aerobics for 1 hour and 45 minutes and then did a 45 minute senior exercise class. yesterday
Going walking with daughter and granddaughter today
Eating within my calorie range

I have my face like flint focused on the goal of losing weight and being healthy. I believe God led me to Spark People and with His strength and the mentoring of this website I will reach my goal.
