With all the stress of work these days, these challenges are a little bit too much for me to take on all at one time. Considering I've only focused on fitness in January and February, adding all the nutrition components at once is overwhelming. In 2 days, I'm already off track, can't keep up, and am finding myself frustrated. Instead of throwing in the towel, I'm making some modifications to ease into a routine. Slowly I can incoporate other components. I just need to pace myself.

Challenge 1:

Focusing on 6-8 glasses of water.
Tracking Nutrition daily.
Staying within Calorie Range.

Challenge 2:

I'm a big fan of Leslie Sansone and I received a March fitness program that pretty much incorporates every component of Challenge 2. The only difference is that Sunday is a day of rest per her plan. So I'll just add another day of exercise to keep up with daily fitness. I wouldn't want to break the success of the February challenge. I am waiting to receive a couple of her videos to cover the Strength Training portion. Until they come in (hopefully, this week), Leslie extends the cardio portion for those Stregnth Training days as an alternative.

Judith, I know this isn't your challenge and I'm fine not meeting it 100%. I didn't want to quit, and wanted accountability. I hope you don't mind I modified it to fit my needs. I also hope I didn't cause any confusion for others.

Good Evening All

I want to congratulate you on the fine job you have done in February's Team Challenge, keep up the great work. I encourage you to post your results so I can give each one of you who participated your Spark Goodie Award at the end of February.

We are quickly approaching March and for this next month's challenge I am encouraging you all to keep up with your daily fitness and eating healthy, remember to post your daily Nutrition and Fitness results.

Let's Keep Pushing Ahead to become Healthy, Stronger and Fitter Men and Women for Jesus...

I am offering 2 Team Challenges for March, you are welcome to participate in any of the following, if you are able, I encourage you to participate in Both Challenges.

March Team Challenge # 1

Drink at least 6 to 8 Glasses or more Water per day

So who is onboard? I believe you can at least do a few of these sessions and have a successful month of March.

For those who can complete at least 2 routines from each Challenge will receive a Spark Goodie Gold Trophy, all others will receive a Spark Goodie Award on your Spark Pages for at least trying. Everyone is a winner here, one thing we can do is work at getting healthier and stronger together....Let's Do it....We Can, 1 step and 1 day at a time...
