This September... I am setting a goal of...

Adding Jogging to one of my walks...

(30 min walk) starting off with ....

10 min walk.... 5 min jog .... 15 min walk

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

once reach my goal weight... will be adding

10 min walk 5 min jog 5 min walk 5 min jog 5 min walk...
along with more strengthening

(I dont want to tone too much yet... will be toning when I reach goal)
(Exercise for now its about loosing the weight... being Fit & Moving)

I am setting the goals of:
- get on a better schedule
- exercise more
-drink more water
-visit friends/relatives more

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

WELCOME to SEPTEMBER...


This month... Lets get to Challenging ourself with a personal goal....

stepping a lil out of our daily comfort zone...

Examples...

adding to our walk.... some jogging
add a few min. to your work out
add an extra workout session...

cut back on a food item... add a healthier item
give yourself more me time
spend more time with others...
Etc... I think you get the idea...

set A goal for SEPT... at least One
and check in and let us know how it is going...

(starting with just one goal... is the first step at getting out of our comfort zone and bringing in a new routine/habit... the more goals the more chance of changing our routines and making lifestyle changes )

If you should drop the ball for your goal... No Prob... Pick up the ball and keep going... SUCCESS comes from Trying... and Not giving up
