I have found some SparkPeople exercises I can do at my desk that help when sitting for long periods of time. I don't have a door but I don't have a lot of people walking by so I can do exercises in my chair. Sitting in front of the computer hurts my back and neck so this relieves some of the pain and stress. You can even do cardio (see video in link). emoticon
