yesterday sleepy during day. 4.5 hours of sleep was enoguh to get through the work day.
dh came home early and we took a great nap.
was not tired last night. up till 1 and breain started so i did not fakk asleep till 2. should have taken melatonin earlier. slept until 930. woke up slow before doing errands.

up putzing. was sleepy yeasterday, did not nap, did bp72 so i did sleep deeply. dont remember being up long at all. was out till 830. stayed in bed tl 9ish. was up and awake enough to get some extra hours.

took a nap and it was great. up late last night. finally went to bed about 1. slept well/ woke up at 630 and had trouble falling back asleep.sat on chair ang got up at 745 to move around downstairs. did not take a nap but did get in a good stretch tonight

not great sleep this week. monday was a lazy day. a bit melancholy. dh was gone till late last night. i ma used to him checking certain things at night so odd lights and noises woke me up so it was harder for me to get calm and ready to sleep.

zone out and was up way to late. i slept in til 10. so i slept 9 hours. then got up and got in some movement and ate, rest time in the afternoon. may need melatonin tonight so i can sleep

slept better last night. got ready for bed earlier and took some antacids. so no upset gut at bedtime but i did have issues gut issues ealier when i tried to do yoga. still putxzing later. book was a bit dull so only read a few pages.

had time outside because we had wonderful weather. got my seteps in early. only light movement and stretched for exercise. tried to get ready for bed early but my mind was not settling. i would find a few minutes of calm and then my brain would go netus again.

slept in this morning, daylight savings time fall back...so sort of an extra hour of sleep. i had trouble falling asleep, --itchy toe , brain in the dark place. woke up tight. i was sore but got in movement and did get a short nap/rest later.

turned off computer early last night and read a few pages of my book.was not in bed till after 1130. it is still a fight to make mydelf go to bed when i am not tired. computer screen off seemed to help.

didnt nap last night. dh came home crabby and my brain started up. supper was little ceasers so i dont think that filled me up very well and i barely got my 10,000 steps. ive been kinda blah energy wise and not tired at bedtime.

tried to exerciese earlier but i ended up putzing. yesterday was a lazy day so did more exercise at night because i had more energy than. so at bedtime i was not tired, but i did eat some veggies and dip before bed. i ended up zoning and i was up to late.

went to bed earlier then normal for a saturday. dh suggested 11 rubs. was still awake for a while because we gabbed. sh got up and i fell asleep. rough waking up but we had nuggets coming so i wanted to be awake up to play with them. had time to get light exercise so that helps. chased rugrats. went to orchard. got cider and apples. then errnds in the afternoon. and a nap when i came home.

glad i slept in yesterday. had a blast last night. the wedding was great. i had trouble getting sleepy after i showered. did not have a snask as it was after 11. i pushed to get spark ponts and wordgaeme. kinda dumb. after i woke up this morning and made a smoothie, my sister texted and changed plans so no babysitting this morning.otherwise i would have gone back to bed.. did not hit it hard because like a moron, i had no plan.

i should have gone to bed at 1130 but i was up putzing and started to wake up a bit. i slept olk. nose is still stuffed. along with the dry throat is too much. ir does wake me a bit. after work took a good nap. slept ok but woke up feeling like i needed to cough. close to a coughing fit. mouth was so dry but felt better.

mind woke up a bit mast night. melatonin was used. i zonked out. i slept pretty well. close to 7 hours. i think i need to get 8.5- 9 hours per night. i always need more sleep as a kid. i should not be surprised that i need more than 7. i hope to get my sleep routine down. that is the problem i hope but dont stay focused and do.

had surprise pto did. i was up with my alarm saw i had pto and went back to bed. i slept for a few more hours then slept for anout 30 minutes. i obviously needed the sleep. but i have been so sleepy lately. had this head cold for about 5 days now. hoping to be over it soon. i would like to have my normal lethargic amount of energy.

slept about 10 hours yesterday. got up fro 2 bathroom breaks. yeas i took melatonin but i felt great. i did errand right away. did not have a ton ot energy and got really huffy puffy during my wo at night but my nose is still not cooperationg.


had to be up earlier today for ducklings. fun playing with them. then a long gently kayak. almost feel asleep. it was really relaxing. no nap when i got home. when to the orchard

short rest yest afternoon. then did a kick ass strength routine, mentally i was still going. i finally went to bed. i slept pretty good. still sleepy and not too focused but am doing new stuff

napped yesterday. was not tired at bedtime. i did fall asleep fast enough. the new mattress arrived yesterday and it seems to work. dh was not sinking in the middle of the night. i slept pretty well but woke up in the wrong place of a sleep cycle. so it took a bit to wake up.

couldn't sleep last night. tossed and turned. wasnt crabby but annoyed that i couldnt sleep well. was sleepy. this wek i had no focus. lots of interuptions in the work day. but oh well tomorrow is another day.

went swimming last night. a little drama afterwrd, late suppe. felt mentally and physically tired from canning and drama. having issues with our sleepnumber mattress. the one side keeps deflating . my side is sort of ok but dh is not sleeping well and so it keeps me up. so tired and crabby.

was really tired at 830. i showered early, before gutfeld. then i woke up. i ended up breaking out of a sleepy spot. i did not get to bed as early as i would have liked. i did sleep well. got up at 830 for babysitting nieces. i did nap after i was done canning for about 30 minutes. not sure if i feel completely asleep but i did get in some good sleep.

slept in today. was not sleepy at bedtime . zoned out and was up to long but i did sleep well. then chopped a canner and kettle full of tomatoes. then went to parents to play with rugrats. no nap later i was busy

had today off so i could sleep in. felt stuiff when i woke up. i think i need 7 hours at a time and 30-45 minute nap lately. anyeway i got sleepy after lunch. did not eat well today. need to be up early for a sat because we have issues with our sleepnumber bed. these thinds are not great, especially if you are a side sleeper.

Struggled to get to bed early. i was not sleepy. wanted to use some energy but really needed to sleep. fell asleep late. woke up with low energy. i eventually got going after my work computer did not want to work right. but it was a slow morning. had out side work to do so did not nap even tough i wanted to sleep

did some bv/journaling before bed so i did have my computer off at 1120 ish but was up in thoughts. brain woke up and went on the dark path. so i had to stop and go to bed. slept ok but needed more.

did not have a lot of energy today. nieces wore me out last night in a good way but then a drama attack of waniting to go home mean there was no sleepover. . took them home and hung out with sisre , b.i.l and their friends got home about 1130 showered and truggled to get sleepy
finally in bed at 1. was up at 830 to watch 2 other nieces. - not a lot of energy after they left. attemtped to nap but didnt sleep. then ate lunch had a gut ach after ward attempted to nap again. went outside and did some yard claeanup. still dragging. glad i have next friday off. i could use a 3 day weekend.

dh gave me a massage at bedtime. slept awesome. didnt hear my alarm but i have a short commute so even though i slept in a bit still logged into my computer at home

trouble getting sleepy the last 2 nights. i know i have stress issues and i need to talk to someone but the problem is there is no one i can trust other than my dh. a few people lied to me recently and when i hear them talk the mindlessly admit how they are hypocrites. so i have been ignoring my emotions a lot. at bedtime i tend to get antsy if my brain starts up.

was getting ready for bed last night and started to get sleepy. then sil texted. my mil just got back from the emergency room. she may have vertigo so she got dizzy and fell a couple times. the last time she fell she slid into a metal bar stool and hit her head. so a concussion, broken nose and stitches. so she is not doing well and we live about a thousand miles away so we cant see her. so my dh felt crummy and we were both wide awake when it was time for bed.

i was so sleepy friday night went swimming and kayaking afterwork. fif not actually have supper. i had cake after being in the water. when i got home i was sooo sleepy. i ended up going to bed early. then sat i woke up and started working in the garden at 10. then quick lunch and a repeat of friday night. showered early and was in bed around 1130

did not get sleepy. was up till 1 did not want to watch 50 min of something at 11 because it would go to late. so i dinked aroung and at midnight i played a 45 min video telling myselg i would "only watch half" ha. that was a fail. i was u ptill midnight. i did sleep of thpough and got up at 9 and got stuff done. i did not go like gangbusters. but i kept going.
