I drove home for two hours after shopping all morning, and I am exhausted. I think a short nap is warrented, and if I managed a 20 minute catnap it would be okay and not interfere with sleeping tonight. I've had a very busy two days away for doctor appointments. My physical was good. I'll get a bone density test next week and bloodwork results. All is well!

Hi Moonglow...
I can relate...I do the same thing. I need to get my computer stuff done earlier so I am not on right before I go to bed. Getting better at shutting off the TV at a good time though.

Sorry to hear about the depression, but I am very happy to hear that you learned what was causing you to stay awake at night. Perhaps the good night sleep, yoga, and meditation will all help alleviate the depression.

So I have Depression. It had been un-diagnosed for quite some time. I found it almost impossible to go to bed earlier. It would work for maybe a night or two and then I would be back to staying up late and feeling tired in the morning. Since I started taking my anti-depressants I have been sleeping really well. I have never had an easier time going to sleep. I have also started meditating and doing yoga for the past week. I am glad for all the new changes I am making to better my life. :)
