Yesterday was a bit of a mixed bag on meeting my goals, as it usually is. I did well with my walking.


I met my steps goal of 8500 and my two goals for exercise, 30 minute walk and 10 minutes constant activity. My distance goal of 3 miles is just a bit short. That makes it a good day.
-- I made my lunch for today.
-- Did not get out to the garden and orchard because of severe thunderstorms.
-- Spent quality time with Susan cleaning the house and changing around furniture in our bedroom. We both find house hold chores are usually relaxing and we can talk while doing them together.
-- Stayed away from "bad" snacks last night after getting home. Had a diet strawberry milk shake. Aldi's Fit and Active. Actually quite good.
-- For crunch at work, I packed Wegman's Orchard Trail Mix. Tastes quite good as well.
-- Tracked all my food and drink.
-- Subscribing to daily chats in my teams. Posting to them now.

For today:
-- Walk 3 miles by end of day. Two miles at my morning walk if the weather holds.
-- Parked farther away in a back corner of parking lot. About a quarter mile (?). I will measure this.
-- Track all food and drink.
-- Pick peaches tonight if ripe and weather holds.
-- Investigate 10 minute exercise strength routine for home with resistance band and exercise mat. (Any suggestions?)
