At the beginning of this 4 week challenge I tried to do coach Nicole's 8-minute athletic intervals workout and I thought I was going to die. I couldn't breath and I think I only got through about 4 minutes of it and then decided to start with something a little easier. I did the entire 8-minute athletic intervals video today plus two 10-minute cardio workout videos, the 9-minute core workout, and the 6-minute hips, glutes and thighs video. I am beat but I feel good and I realized how far I have come in just 4 weeks.
Also, in the beginning of this challenge I could only run/jog for about 3 minutes straight and then I would get too out of breath and tired and would have to go back to walking. Now I can run for about 35 minutes straight.
As for my weight, I weight the same as I did in the beginning of the 4 weeks but it's okay because I really needed to gain some strength and muscle. I went far too long with out exercise and my muscles were pathetic. I know I have gained a lot of muscle because my pants feel like they're about 2 sizes too big for me now.
It was very hard to get into the habit of exercising but now that I have, I never want to stop because I feel sooo good now.
