I don't even know what your first exercise is!!! Maybe I'll try to do some that are totally new to me and have unfamiliar names.

Anyway, I think I can manage to do both goals. Here's my tracker:

18 miles a week goal:
week of April 5 to April 11: 4.71 miles so far
week of April 12 to April 18
week of April 19 to April 25
week of April 26 to May 2

18 different exercises goal:
crunches
donkey kicks
dumbbell curls
jumping jacks
knee raises on captain's chair
pushups
squats

Cool! Let us know your progress. And if you chose 18 different exercises, tells us which one when you did them. It might inspire us! My first was Concerate Bicep Curls.

April Challenge

April is Opening of Baseball season. Both the Yankees and the Mets have opening games this week. That is a total of 18 ininnings. In honor of the grand tradition of New York baseball run/jog/walk 18 miles per week OR do 18 different exercises this month. These can be one time tries or can become part of your routine.
