continue with your other team challenges. Ultimate SparkPeople Life Blog is Chris (SPARKGUY'S) blog that he uses to check-in daily to help motivate others, all sparkers doing anything on SparkPeople (even tracking food) can say they are participating in this challenge if you are subscribed to Ultimate SparkPeople Life blog just check-in/chime-in on the blog posts that you are sparking so we know you are part of the team! This forum is optional no posting required.

I started this topic/forum so that team members would know that Ultimate SparkPeople Life Blog is a challenge for all Sparkers and are welcome to check-in on that blog and meet other Sparkers outside of your team(s).

Thanks, COACHGIA - I read the links in your first two posts. I have other challenges where I'm free to pick any one or two small things I want to work on for a fixed period of time, but then those challenges come with team or message board places to consistently post about how I'm doing and get support from other SparkPeople. This looks to me like just a framework for setting a goal. Then what? I'll keep myself accountable by posting about it on this forum, I guess?

Hi Team,

Chris (SPARKGUY) has an Official Ultimate SparkPeople Life Challenge Blog this will be an ongoing challenge with periodic sub-challenges, anyone doing anything on SparkPeople (even tracking food) can say they are participating in this challenge.
A way to "track" that you are committed to the challenge is to check-in on (SPARKGUY'S) blogs and say anything -- an update on your goals or just a shout-out that you are still sparking.
