Sometimes you have to train your Master or Mistress lol. Give an offering of something healthy, for sometimes one will take what is given them without even thinking it's an improvment.

Boy, I don't have to work for treats around here.. ! Master is always looking for MORE treats.. it's hard to resist sometimes. With the holidays here I know it's only going to get worse. The bright side is that I can bake low cal & sugar free & not buy those fabulous, hip-widening, belly-busting yummies from the grocery store!

I just find the whole thing frustrating & totally gave up trying to resist for a while.. But I'm getting back on track at last. He's even letting me tell him "no more calories for YOU today!" when he's maxed out. I've even managed to get him to pedal a few times.. small steps right?

But I mean, who is training who here? LOL *sighs..

Yeah my Ex-Mistress use to let me have soda and milkshakes all the time. It didn't help, but then again I normally worked for those.

We're all here because we're trying to get healthy, lose weight, form new healthy habits.. What do you do when your Owner literaly forces you to eat something that completely destroys your calorie intake for the day..? Has this happened to you?

Last week, (prior to his diet reform) M forced me to share a Oreo McFlurry with him. Because HE didn't want to consume ALL the calories himself. I told him that I couldn't afford to eat it and I pleaded to not be given any, but that didn't fly as he fed me spoonful after spoonful then became angry when I tried to decline the last few..
