My challenge results:
Sept 24 (start weight) = 201.4
Oct 1 = 201.6 (up .2) expected
Oct 8 = 199.4 (down 2.2) and in one-derland :)
Oct 15 = 201.4 (right back where I began) :(
Oct 22 = 198.8 (down 2.4)
Oct 29 = 200.8 (up 2)

Total loss was 6/10 of a pound. All in all, I maintained my weight.

Standby for the Holiday Challenge coming November 1st!

My scale needs a replacement battery and I have been eating like a fool this past week. I'll need to weigh in tomorrow at work. If I have any weight loss, it will be a miracle. Good thing I believe in miracles!
