Last week, I got 46,366 steps in. I know I can do much better. I've been in such a funk these past few weeks. I feel like I'm finally seeing the light on the other side though and things will improve. This week, my goal is to just do better than I did last week.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

In the USA, this upcoming week is Thanksgiving Day. This will be my seventh Thanksgiving since joining SparkPeople. Unlike years past, I am not filled with trepidation this year. I know what has to be done and I have successfully been doing it for the past six years. I enjoy the opportunity to be around family and friends, make sure that I drink a lot of water and, most importantly, control my portions of food. One more week in the books! This past week I took a grand total of 192,172 steps for a daily step average of 27,453 steps. I was active for 1,224 minutes or an average of 174 Active Minutes per day. I traveled 90.03 miles or an average of 12.86 miles per day and I climbed a grand total of 27 floors this past week. I am ready to move on to next week, are you?!
