Tried hard, but I can't come up with anything good about myself....

I could say I'm perfect at starting over - but I wouldn't have to if I would just have more discipline and perseverance...

well anyway. I'm doing good on the other part, tho I'm not parking farther away as I always walk to the shop.... BUT I started to walk to the busstation that is farther away from my work - means about 10 mins walk instead of 2

I love this idea! Going to apply it more often. I usually don't drive to work, I'm dropped off, but I walked on my lunch break.
I didn't post the three things I like about myself at home, but I'll post it now on here:
1. I smile a lot
2. I'm a Mother to a wonderful Son
3. I am part of a loving family.

1) parked about quarter of the mile away this weekend. There were 2 stores we wanted to visit on opposite ends of the strip mall. Parked in the middle in the back. With only some complaints from the mother in law.

2) I didn't post a note, but kept telling myself- No excuses this weekend. Even got some dreaded paperwork done with that saying.

1) With cluster migraines both today and yesterday I took the stairs from the 3rd floor to walk next door to the bank. I don't drive.
2) I am the Sunshine girl for my Tops chapter which I do with love! Mailed 16 homemade cards to our members today, as we try to boost morale. Huge gain for April!

1. yay me, I always do my errands walking to the shop and back - takes about 15 min :) so I have this one in my bag

2. this is - well - practically impossible. There is currently nothing I like about myself. Gonna have to think real hard about it.

Hi Team!

I did just that today! I am a teacher and today for the first time, instead of parking in the teacher's lot and going in the side door (4 steps away), I parked in the lot and walked around the entire building and went in the front door! I am so proud of myself! Mainly because our school is so huge and it was a long walk. I also snuck in some stairs today instead of taking the elevator! Yay!

Hello weekend warriors. This weeks challenges are:

1. Park farther away. As you run your errands this weekend park farther away and walk a little. Every little bit adds up.

2. Be positive about yourself. Write a note about yourself and set where you can see it. A sticky on your desk or computer. A note on your refrigerator. State three things you like about yourself and repeat them to yourself everytime you see your note.
