For mine it will be tracking food and water. I'm not good with that and need to do this every day.

So far I've tracked my food and water for 10 days straight.

How about you what's the one streak you want to do better out?

Read it if you need to be able to understand how spark streaks work. Then, tell us one thing to start with that you really want to do well with and have add as a spark goal to streak in.

From then on just post each day the number of days you have streaked so far in your goal/spark streak. emoticon emoticon emoticon
