Yo ya habia empezado en el anterior asi que voy a transferir la informacion aqui

1/1/10- 40 minutos de estrechamiento y fortalecimiento
1/2/10- 30 minutos en el eliptical, 15 minutos en la bicicleta y 30 minutos de estrechamiento y fortalecimiento.
