I think shooting for a weekly goal is best, that way everyone has some flexibility in how they want to achieve it. Since it's about total time, not intensity, hopefully it is something all levels can work toward. I think 150 is a good goal. That's 30 minutes 5 days/week, or several 10-minute sessions throughout each day. I'm down with 180 also - might be a fun little push for all of us as we are tempted by the holiday feasts!

Does 40 or 45 minutes sound good? Or should we have a goal for total weekly minutes since not everyone can work out 7 days a week. For example, something like 180 minutes a week which would be 45 minutes for 4 days or 36 minutes for 5 days? Just an idea!

Okay, guys, looks like it's going to be a fitness minutes challenge! Any ideas on what number we should use?? I want it to be challenging, but I don't want it to be too difficult for anybody either...

Hello, SparkAtlanta!

First off, I would like to apologize for letting personal circumstances get in my way lately. Luckily, the stuff that's been going on with my family is pretty much over!

Now, I think it would be a good idea to run a challenge starting next month through New Year's, possibly even incorporating New Year's resolutions! Does anybody have anything in mind that they'd like to see in a holiday challenge?
