There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Spiritualbear ~ I totally have trouble with the water thing too...but I'll try harder if you will!

Tema ~ heh...you KNOW I would have called you on it. Heh...nice goals. I like the no snacking one. As for the low team participation, sometimes that happens. It's not a reflection of you, the team, or anything else other than people not having enough time. You and Lita are GREAT team leaders everywhere I am sure.

Lita ~ Holy guacamole on kettle balls. I never knew what it was until someone showed me...ohhhh...those seem hard to work with! Wooo you!

And now...my goals. This month I think I will concentrate not so much on wt loss...but making sure I track...and exercise. Pretty generic I know..but, this is a harder time of year for me to get out...and there's lots of food all over the place. So gonna not try to do too much...and concentrate on just being good in general!

Thanks to you all for being here...I have to admit...without the Spark site I know I would not be doing as well as I have.

this was October goals
happy to lose 2/3 pounds......
start again with kettle bells..........

review.........of oct goals
didn't lose the 2/3 lost one and stayed the same since.........
kettle bells course was cancelled but starting again in early November.......
i have dropped two sizes so that is a big plus for me.........

november goals
will try for much the same things and anything more+++will be a bonus.....

I forgot to mention mine before Greg reminds me so hear I go

In Oct. I had problems with snacking so that's number one no in between meal snacking...focus and stay on track not get discouraged for lack of activity on some of my teams...but find more ways to engage the teams

As always drink up

To watch what I eat more carefully and get my water in (I had been doing good but in the last couple weeks I have been really lacking in this area). To get more sleep and to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. And to lose ten pounds!!!
