Ok...this is the last Wed...so my last weigh in of the month....its weird...my weight every other week goes up a lb...every other week I lost a pretty good amount. While I am losing overall...something is telling me this is not the best way to lose. Not sure what is going on...so guess I'll just keep plugging away and try to figure out why it's a spikey kinda loss. Anyway...the Octo #'s...

Octo Goal #1: Lose weight each succeeding week...it doesn't matter how much...just some is good enough.

Starting Wt = 172 lbs
Week 1 (10/1 - 10/6): 168.2
Week 2 (10/7 - 10/13): 165.8
Week 3 (10/14 - 10/20): 166.8 Up a lb. But..PLATEAU bayyybeee!
Week 4 (10/21 - 10/27): 164.5
Ending Wt = 164.5
Goal Met: (Y or N) meh. not consistently going down...overall yes, but not consistent. Confused...but I'll take it.

Sept Goal #2: Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water at least on 3 days of the week. I am very bad at getting my water drinking in...I hope this is a small enough baby step.

Week 1 (10/1 - 10/6): 2 times...argh...missed this one. But the 2 were in the past 2 days...so that's enccouraging.
Week 2 (10/7 - 10/13): Arrggh...just 1 time. However, I notice I am close every day....6 to 7 glasses...so while not making all 8 a day...I'm closer each day.
Week 3 (10/14 - 10/20): I just got 3 for the week. Yes!
Week 4 (10/21 - 10/27): YES...did 4 times this week!
Goal Met: (Y or N) me again...but I am getting way better at the water drinking!

You may say I'm a dreamer...but I'm not the only one...

it probably is building muscle and mucsle weighs more than fat..............you should start to see some losses now........all the best......

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Weigh-in time...I actually gained a pound this week. Not sure why, as I was only bad one day...and all others I ate well...and exercised a LOT.

However, totally not down about it. In fact, I am going to claim PLATEAU!! I have NEVER ever been in that position. So I am CELEBRATING my plateau bayyybeeeee! Must mean I am doing well enough to flatten out. Flatten out so my water glasses don't tip. Flatten out so I can walk with a book on my head. I am sure next week if I am at the same place it may not seem as something to celebrate...but for now I don't care...I have a plateau, I have a plateau! heh.

And now...here are the numbers for the week on my goals:

Octo Goal #1: Lose weight each succeeding week...it doesn't matter how much...just some is good enough.

Starting Wt = 172 lbs
Week 1 (10/1 - 10/6): 168.2
Week 2 (10/7 - 10/13): 165.8
Week 3 (10/14 - 10/20): 166.8 Up a lb. But..PLATEAU bayyybeee!
Week 4 (10/21 - 10/27):
Ending Wt =
Goal Met: (Y or N)

Sept Goal #2: Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water at least on 3 days of the week. I am very bad at getting my water drinking in...I hope this is a small enough baby step.

eh...havn't really met my water goal...but I am doing better at it. I went from 1...maybe 2 glasses a day...to at least 5 - 6 a day...so while goal is not met...better. I see you have lost some inches. Yeah for you!

Weigh-in time...I lost about 2 lbs for the week...that seems more "normal" I've still been doing LOTS of exercising. The daily challenges definitely help! Here are the numbers for the week on my goals:

That is awesome I know what you mean by taking it slow though you don't want the weight to pile back on

Ok...tonight was weigh-in time...I lost 4 lbs for the week...which actually worries me as the last time that happened I gained it back and then some...what I really want is to be more consistent....so I need to watch today. I have been doing LOTS of exercising...maybe that is the reason I lost so much. Anyway, here are the numbers for the week on my goals:

Octo Goal #1: Lose weight each succeeding week...it doesn't matter how much...just some is good enough.

Starting Wt = 172 lbs
Week 1 (10/1 - 10/6): 168.2

Wow...Tema...11 glasses...wooo.

Lita...kettle bells?

Anyway, my Octo Goals (which I am amending from my Sept goals...as the weight loss part was clearly over reaching! Maybe its not so much how much I lose...but to consistently lose? We'll try that route.):

Octo Goal #1: Lose weight each succeeding week...it doesn't matter how much...just some is good enough.

Starting Wt = 172 lbs

Week 2 (10/7 - 10/13):
