Happy Wednesday to you!

Here is an interesting challenge: Watch your Sugar intake.

Some of us drink our coffee with sugar, or have a regular soda during our busy days.

Your challenge today is this: Can you cut your daily sugar or switch your regular sugary foods for lighter versions? Instead of:

*A regular soda - Try a diet soda
*A spoon of sugar in your coffee - Try a partial packet of artificial sweetener
*Regular chocolate - Try a sugar-free version


As Spark says: Take small steps! What small change can you make today?


P.S. Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today too!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
