There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I will do 1., 2., and 5., I will do my PT exercises and see how much walking I can do during the day. I drink 10 glass of water each day so eating right and taking all my meds is something I am having to do with the new program stariting to work with us. I am going to work on three things this week winding embordiary floss onto embordairy floss bobbins, cutting out batting, cutting out craft projects and materlial.

I am not alone God is with me in this and all endeavors I take.

I live in Topeka, KS.

My NASCAR driver is Dale Jr., his number is 88.

Monday Challenge.....Are you up to it?

1. Get 60 minutes of cardio exercise.....go to the gym, go for a long walk, or even break it up into smaller intervals of 10 or 15 minutes at a time.
***always work at your own pace and level of fitness for you****

2. Stay within calorie range, drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, take your vitamins and get enough protein.

4. Track it all....your water, your food, protein and/or any other vitamins or minerals that you want to watch.

5.Do something for you. Take 30 minutes each day to do something that relaxes you. It can be anything from taking a long hot bath to spending time on your favorite hobby.

Your challenge is to do at least 2/3 of these.
