There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Lita I don't think my breathing will ever allow me to run for very long, I never did like to run anyway so that doesn't hurt me in the least. What I do miss is being able to get up in the morning and stay on the go all day long with very few rest periods.

Been on the go all day long so I have done this, of course it was a few minutes at a time. My knee does not at all until nighttime, it hurts in the front part of my knee and not bad enough to take a pain pill. I hope that by May I will be able to start walking at a fast pace for 5 minutes a day.

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to get in 45 MINUTES OF CARDIO.
You don't have to do 45 minutes of continuous cardio.
Feel free to break up the minutes and always remember to exercise at your own pace and fitness level.

So...put on your exercise shoes, grab your gym bag, pump up your bike tires....WE ARE MOVING NOW!

Have a FANTASTIC Friday everyone!
