Your challenge today is simple:

1-KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT & DRINK TODAY
2-STAY WITHIN YOUR CALORIE RANGE.
3- DRINK ALL YOUR WATER

Just remember to write down/track all food & beverages consumed.

PS: DON'T FORGET TO TAKE YOUR VITAMINS TOO.
