There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

The dinner last night was wonderful, we had beef tips with mushroom sauce, salad with dressing on the side, dinner roll, corn, mashed potatoes, and cheesecake for dessert. Gary got a certificate for being in the art show all 6 years they have had it. I got two certificates, one for finishing a workbook the other for finishing a group. Today I have walked around the center with a walker and have been up and down using the furniture as a walker in the house. I know that I have not done it fast enough or long enough to raise my heart rate. This is what my movement is like these days.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge yesterday was to work your core muscles. Today's challenge is to WORK YOUR HEART.

It is a cardio day. Work your heart, large muscles, and BURN CALORIES!

The activity and intensity level are up to you.Modify these to fit your fitness level The goal is to GET MOVING FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES.
