There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

This is not really new to me it is something I HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE DOING. I am supposed to stay in bed until my doctor's appointment on Friday and rest my knee. I am trying to be a good girl. I did not go to an appointment today and so had to get on the internet and check out if they did cancle the appointment. They did Gary said that I could clean out 100 internet messages and then I had to go back to bed, I will be on this weekend with the results of the docotor's visit.
