Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to EAT 7 SERVINGS OF FRUITS and/or VEGETABLES. Great ways to get in servings can be:

*Make fresh fruit/vegetable juice in your juicer
*Have a fruit smoothie
*Have a bowl of fresh fruit salad
*Have a big vegetable salad
*Put vegetables on your sandwich
*Chop up vegetables and dip them in hummus or salsa
*Have a bowl of vegetable soup (watch that sodium!)
*Grill vegetables on the barbecue
*Steam or broil vegetables to go with your meal
*Add vegetables to your rice, pasta, or potato dish
*Have a cup of fruit sorbet (watch the sugar!)

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
