There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Tuesday to you!

It is the first day of February. This month can be filled with food related obstacles (i.e. pot lucks, parties, Mom's cooking, etc.). You set your February cardio minutes yesterday. Today, we are going to act on our pledge.

Your challenge today is to GET MOVING & KICK OFF FEBRUARY WITH CARDIO. It doesn't matter what you decide to do to burn calories today. The idea is to GET MOVING & BURN CALORIES!

What exercise(s) did you do and for how long? YOU CAN DO THIS!
