better to be safe than sorry......take care.........blessings and hugs...........lita

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

I went to the ER last night they said I was overusing the knee and needed to stop it, elavete it as much as possible, and stay off of it. The inspection is on hold for now.

If I get any sicker with my knee tonight Gary is making me go to the ER. If I don't post anywhere for a few days or weeks just know that I am thinking about all of you, and wishing you well. Everyone eat as best as you can, exercise as much as you can, and stay motivated that you can do this, I know you can.
