There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

My colon acted up yesterday spent the evening in the hospital. Was given pain meds and so I slept most of the day.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to get creative with UNPLANNED EXERCISE. What does that mean? Well, make the most of your "off moments" throughout the day. Things like:

*While you are waiting for your coffee/tea to brew, or your toast to get done - Do some squats or leg lifts

*While waiting for a fax or copies at the copier - Do some calf raises or glute squeezes

*While at your monitor typing or waiting in traffic - Tighten your stomach muscles, hold for 10 seconds, and release

*While waiting for a commercial to end - Do some arm curls or wall push-ups

*While talking on the phone - Do some trunk twists or hamstring curls

Make the most of your "down moments" throughout the day. You can also incorporate extra exercise by parking your car farther out or taking the stairs.
