I love the book "Cajun Night Before Christmas." Other than that, Dickens, A Christmas Carol" can't be beat.

First goal: 5% down - Reward: Virtue and loose pants.
Second goal: 10% down -
Third goal: Kachunk! under 150. - reward: Ball-room dancing classes with husband.
Fourth goal: lowest weight since 1999! -
Fifth goal: at permanent goal - size 10! clothes off the Junior rack! - Reward- new wardrobe.
One year anniversary - reward-Trip to Florida
