My goal this week, even though I am starting on Wed (had a great visit from grand-daughter for 10 days) is to get some routine going with my exercise, my diet and my finances. I have pretty much let everything go for 10 days, it was well worth it, but now I am ready to get back on the bus headed towards success.

My goal is to get out of the 190's by the end of this week! I got close Friday, but gained 1.2 back over the weekend. I will be there next week!!!

My goals for this week is start Zumba, and really watch how much I eat, the main one is be positive, no negative thinking and keep drinking my water.

This week I want to focus on consistently working out. Instead of just random days when I find time. I want to focus on finding time to do a little something every day. :)

My goal for this week is to get in exercise at least 3 days this week.

Mini Goal: wear watch from St Thomas

Mid Goal: wear the clothes piled on closet floor

Final Goal: wear the "top shelf" clothes

My goal for this week is to remain consistent with the 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge from Spark. Also, I would like to lose 2 pounds this week.

To keep working out regularly every week and keep changing my routine so I'm not bored and my body has better resistance with each exercise. I am going on vacation this month too and hope to behave myself while I'm away from home.

Do a yoga workout each morning.
Walk for 30 minutes 5 days this week (M-W, F-Sat).
Try 1 new healthy recipe.
Have 2 meatless dinners.

Stay on my menu plan.
No Soda - Lots of water!
