Get back to walking. I've been walking 10,000 a day, well, 9650, for two months. I've been sick this week and can't wait to get back to walking.

I know it's already August 3, but my goal this week is to stay away from the cola. I usually drink Coke Zero so it has no calories, but it keeps me from drinking water. Which is my other goal this week, get my 8 cups!

I have two goals for this week - drink water, and start walking. I just bought a new pair of shoes at The Running Room and I intend to use them! This is the first pair of proper running/walking shoes I have ever had. They have much better support than my old shoes. The folks at the Running Room are great!

-Recovering from back pain (saw the doctor Monday), so I want to start my exercise again - strengthening my core will help my back.

Try to keep water in my hand, drinking water is hard for me to keep doing. I also want to continue tracking my food intake so I can see where my weaknesses are. Good Luck Everyone!! I know we can do it!!!

My main goal is to get over this cold first.. :( its bringing me down.. other goals are to drink 8 glasses of water a day, track my nutrition, and make it to the gym atleast 3 times this week.

1. Workout at least 5 days this week.
2. Drink enough water every day.
3. Eat right and stay within my nutritional goal ranges.
4. I have my first session with a personal trainer -- goal is to listen to her advice and put it in to action

Well, tomorrow is 8/1, a new month, a new week, and a new plan. My goals are to get back to walking 4 mi/day 5 days a wk. Also to count WW points. And to log in daily for support from my "team". YEAH!

My goals are:
Track my food intake.
Use the exercise bike at least 3 mornings.
Before taking a night time snack I will drink a glass of water and then re-evaluate my hunger.

Get to the pool 3 times and the gym once.
