I got my free DVD for joining SparkCoach in the mail yesterday. My workout for yesterday I did with the video. I am going to enjoy this and the Cardio DVD that came also. I enjoy working out with Nicole! emoticon

I just started using this DVD this week, along with her 28-day bootcamp DVD. My arms are really singing this morning after the all about arms workout on to of the cardio-sculpt!

I found another post where Coach Denise says since these are strength exercises, they don't track under cardio, but you can use your fast tracker instead. That way you still clock up the exercise minutes. Easy! I am saving them as favorites that way I don't have to re-enter each time I do one.

I've seen the question on SP, but not an answer. How can we best track the strength exercises on the DVD (which I love btw)? I tried even looking up the individual moves, but they're not all there. Would appreciate help!

How do you track the toning portions of the dvd on the tracker?

As much as I adore Coach Nicole (and I can't wait for more videos), this one isn't going to work for me. There just isn't enough space in a tiny London apartment to do even the smallest strength moves depicted in the DVD. It's a shame, too, because I am so fond of Coach Nicole's ability to motivate without being annoyingly "perky." Ah well - that's the problem with London; if you can't find exercises you can do in an 18-inch space, you're bound to run into problems.

I have the same question that I don't think have been answered: how and where do you track the Fit, Firm & Fired Up Workout DVD on the fitness tracker? I see and know where to track the cardio blast video, but cannot locate this one. Do we just have to locate each strenght exercise individually to track? It would be much easier to have the video listed in the tracker. Can anyone answer this?

I love working out with Coach Nicole. I'm glad that I can do them within my limitations; then as time goes on, I know I will get better. I'm starting at 10 minutes/day plus the time goes so quickly. Love it.

I really like the DVD but is there a way to track each day on the Fitness Tracker?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your cardio DVD. You should be able to return for a replacement - especially if you purchased at the SparkPeople Store.

I love these dvd's!!!

The best part is you can do 1 exercise or choice a combo.

Sad part, my Cardio dvd does not work well, it sticks. Thought it was the player, but the other DVD works just fine.

I have used it in the past. I liked it a lot!
It's been a while since I done it tho, so maybe I'll take it off my shelf and start doing it again for July!
I love the way Coach Nicole explains how to do every move, its a nice break from all the BL ones I was doing in the past. Also 10 mins. goes by very fast!

It is my most used DVD!! I love it, the 10 minute routines are easy to do as an add-on to another workout or group together to make the workout you need. I love just adding an upper body workout to my other routines and 10 minutes is perfect.
