dried garlic, I get this from the local chinese store. I utilize in foil packet potatoes. The oil softens up the garlic adds great flavor.

Seriously I use it in a tomato based Moroccan soup call Harira. It has lentils and chickpeas and a meat either chicken, beef or lamb. Yummy!
