I walked around my backyard park today, but this time I added the element of Geocaching. I didn't know that there were any hiding in that park, it's fun to play treasure hunting! I need to find #3, I didn't see it, maybe when I have more time after the kids go back to school I'll stare at it harder.

An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.

Today is Thursday so:

Cxworx - 30 minute core strength class
Body Combat - 60 minute cardio mixing up boxing, karate, tae kwon do and muay thai moves

if weather cooperates this evening, maybe I will squeeze in a little walking while my sons are at football practice! (last night weather did NOT cooperate and I missed my planned Combat class, instead sitting at the practice site waiting to see if the lightning would go away or not...grrr! lol)
