Good thought for the fit and active but I believe that on the first lunge I'd put my head thru the frig. I'll cheer lead for all of you. Good luck!

I hate lunges....but my trainer makes me do them....i'm with him tomorrow.....he'll probably make me do them....ugh...

Hi all
For this One Day Challenge, either Sunday or Monday, let's do lunges on our way to the refrigerator. From wherever you are in the house, if you want something from the fridge, you have to do lunges there instead of walking there.

If lunges are too hard for you, you can do this by squatting down after every step, or even just bend over to touch your ankles or as far as you can without hurting yourself.

Who's in??

I'm going to do lunges for both days, Sunday and Monday.
