Yesterday, I didn't get in exercise. Drank 8 glasses of water, gave a goodie and encouragement, and tracked all the food.

Yes my downfall is exercise I am going to try to keep up trying to get the exercise in.

Wed. 8 waters! (didn't think I was going to make it)...15 min. of exercise (due to chopping ice out of horses water buckets) Gave a goodie to one of the challenge buddy's ...
Only ate 2 fruits and that was a downer. Also, to be honest, I over ate a lot of nuts last night. So even though I tracked (my #5) it was not a good thing.

On to Thursday and a better day!

Carolyn, thanks for the challenge. I'm new and need to start slowly. I'm going to choose #2.

1/1: 4 glasses
1/2: 4 glasses

I hate water and am in another challenge to drink 4 glasses of water a day. I hope to increase the number of glasses I drink each week until I get to six glasses. So, this is challenge #5, I guess.

This is a great way to get off to a good start for the new year. I will commit to #1-#4.

1. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water!

2. Exercise at least 10 minutes daily!

3. Eat at least 3-5 Fruits and Veggies daily!

4. Give a SparkGoodie to at least 3 people who are doing this challenge to encourage them to do well in 2012!

I already do other but #2 I workout at gym 2 to 3 x a week, now I pledge to go 3x and at least 10 minutes a day in between!......God bless and Thank you

Our first challenge of 2012 will be to get back to the BASICS! Chose one or more of the following mini challenges to work on this week, January 1-6. You may join the challenge at any time during the week. Just work on your mini challenge for the remainder of the days. There is no competition here. This is for our own personal help. Check in daily or at the end of the week to let us know how you did.
