In September my goal is to lose 4 pounds and 1" in my arms and 1" thighs and 2" in my waist. I would also like to challenge myself to at least 500 fitness minutes a week.

Update:
weight - lost 4.2 lbs emoticon
arms - same
thighs - lost 0.5 in
hips - lost 1.5 in
bust lost - 1 in
fitness minutes : 1598

I am down a pound.... I am now at 167 vs 168 a month ago. Not quite the 8 pounds I had hoped for, but a pound is a pound!

On September 1st I was 239.2
As of this morning (Sept. 30th) I'm 230.2 and I've lost a total of 7-1/4 inches over all.

I've lost 5 pounds so far in September with a 6 pound weight loss goal. I still have a few days. My weight I had lost is the weight I had gained while on a 5 week trip at the end of July and in August.

How is everyone else doing with this challenge? September is almost gone. Don't forget to update this thread at the end of the month to let us know how you did.

I started this journey on Aug 29 (almost Sept 1 - should say REstarted) and was at 250 down 2 from my high of 252....and yesterday I weighed in and I am at 240...so I have lost 12 lb. Very pleased of course but I also know that I can get thru the 240s and 230s fairly easily THEN those pesky 220s come and I seem to take a year to get thru it....can you tell I've done this a few times b/f??? ahhh well.....I'm hoping my LAST time!

I know part of the loss was in the last 10 days of August but it's easier to keep track this way. On September 1st I was 239.2 and I'm 232.8 today, so that's 6.4 lbs so far this month. We'll see what happens the rest of the month.

On my birthday, August 20th, I posted a blog and showed my weight and measurements. They were:

Well, as of today, my weight and measurements are:
Weight: 234.4
Bust: 46

I started September 1st at 255.5 pounds. I dropped to 254 pounds but today I'm at 255 pounds but that means I'm a half pound down so my weight is going the right direction.

I would like to lose three pounds from tomorrow morning's weigh-in. I will do this by working out for at least 15 minutes a day, five days a week; getting at least 7 hours of rest a night; eating most of my meals and snacks at home; and drinking plenty of water.

I have been doing terrible both in July and August. I tend to focus on my food, or my exercise, but never on both. It feels like I make progress in one, then when I focus on the other the one goes out the window and down the toilet. I need to be STRONG and get it done!

For September I'm challenging myself to lose 10 pounds. I know that's a lot, but I have to aim high, or I just won't do it. I know it.

I have been cleared for some cardio (swimming & spinning with no resistance to toleration) after 6 weeks of no exercise due to a foot injury. emoticon .
I didn't gain any weight even though I also went on vacation during that time. emoticon
I am looking for a 5lb weight loss this month.

About a week ago I set myself a goal of losing 15 lbs by October 1, in time to start my dream vacation in style. So far, I am down 4 lbs, leaving me 11 remaining for October. It's a bit higher than the Spark recommended amount, but I think I can get 'er done.

Otherwise, I'd like to drop an inch from my waist, and half an inch from my arms, thighs, and neck (new measurements taken tonight) but realistically, even if these numbers don't change drastically, I can see and feel the shape of what's there changing, and that's a good feeling.

I want to loose 4lbs by 11th sept....that has been my goal for several weeks however have been muckpuppying so now I have almost got to my goal date and still got it to loose.....

In September my goal is to lose 4 pounds and 1" in my arms and 1" thighs and 2" in my waist. I would also like to challenge myself to at least 500 fitness minutes a week.

I have added back a few previously lost pounds.... So I am going to be a little more aggressive this month and go from 168 (today) to 160 by Sept 30!

For this SEPTEMBER challenge we each set our own goal. Some of us use scales. Others keep track of inches or centimeters. For this challenge you set your own goal for SEPTEMBER and then let us know how you're doing. Check in at the end of the month or more frequently if you wish. Remember that we're the SLOWest Loser team so do not make a goal that is too BIG or FAST! Be realistic.

How many pounds or inches would you like to lose in SEPTEMBER?
