Sweets and Soda free: 4 days, 13 hours, 30 mins! WooHoo! Last night was a major challenge to my resolve, but by God's grace, we are still counting the hours for this set.

Tomorrow I will complete my 10 day challenge: no sweets, no fried foods, no cleaning my plate. For my reward I'm getting a watch repaired I haven't worn for years.I haven't decided what my next challenge will be.

Man oh man…. Promised myself last week I would start using my treadmill in the morning/every week day morning and I have yet to even get on the machine :) but I promise myself I will do this starting tomorrow! And attend weekly yoga class that I have signed up for too!

I also want to go thru/sort one box of “clutter” each night this week and have all bathrooms in house refreshed and sparkling clean!

Starting today and for the next week I will continue my goal of seeing how long I can go without eating sweets (which includes drinking sodas). When I do eat one, I will immediate dust off and begin again with a goal to break the previous record. Right now I am at 1 day, 21 hours and 8 mins: and that is my record since beginning this personal challenge. I am reporting on my status at least daily and will report here as I think to do so.

I did pretty well on mine and am feeling strength returning to my exercise endeavors. I missed one day on Strength training and one on walking. But will make those up today.

Starting today and for the next week I will meet my strength training goals 5 days out of the week, ride my exercise bike at least 2 times for 15-20 minutes, and walk the dogs one time per day 5 - 6 days.

I promised myself I would start using my treadmill in the morning/every morning for the following week... well I slept in this morning so I didn't get the chance.... so I will reword my goal.... I will use the treadmill for 20 minutes daily for the remainder of the week... including today!

Starting today (well, it will have to be tomorrow) and for the next week, I will eat my raw veggies at lunch before having any other lunch. I tend to cram all my veggies into a big salad or stirfry at dinner, but there's always room for more throughout the day!

This week I will have regular fruit for breakfast and no fruit juice. I will get at least 30 minutes of exercise three times this week. Have lots of foot problems or else I'd try to do it everyday.
