Congratulations to everyone who achieved their JANUARY Mileage Goals! A few of you went missing mid-month, hopefully you still kept working on your goals! Please join us again this month and get your SparkFriends to join as well!

It's been cold here in the Twin Cities. If you're exercising outdoors, you'll definitely want to bundle up well! And, if cold weather, snow or ice has pushed you inside for the season, don't forget to take your exercise indoors with you! It doesn't matter if your goal is two miles or 200 (walking, running, swimming, biking or shoveling snow). Set a goal and DON'T STOP MOVING!!!

***CHALLENGE RULES***
YOU set YOUR own mileage goal and accumulate miles by walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. It doesn't matter if your goal is 5 miles, 50 miles or 500 miles. You can join this challenge at ANY time during the month.

It works like this: copy and paste the entire previous post to add your name or update your mileage. Add your name to the list in ALPHABETICAL order and your goal for the month. It will look similar to the example shown at the bottom, using this format for the mileage information:
User ID ... Miles Today / Miles Completed Total / Goal for Month

EXAMPLE
