Happy New Year! CONGRATS to everyone who participated in our mileage challenges over the course of 2017. Regardless of your goal, we lapped everyone who just sat on their couches! Please join us again this month and get your SparkFriends to join as well!

January can be very cold and snowy, so if you're exercising outdoors, you'll definitely want to bundle up well! If the cold weather has pushed you inside for the season, take your exercise indoors with you! I hope we see a lot more participants this year. It doesn't matter if your goal is two miles or 200 (walking, running, swimming, biking or shoveling snow). Set a goal and DON'T STOP MOVING!!!

***CHALLENGE RULES***
YOU set YOUR own mileage goal and accumulate miles by walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. It doesn't matter if your goal is 5 miles, 50 miles or 500 miles. You can join this challenge at ANY time during the month.

It works like this: copy and paste the entire previous post to add your name or update your mileage. Add your name to the list in ALPHABETICAL order and your goal for the month. It will look similar to the example shown at the bottom, using this format for the mileage information:
User ID ... Miles Today / Miles Completed Total / Goal for Month
