Welcome to the DECEMBER 2017 Mileage Challenge!

Here it is! Winter! And, the last monthly mileage challenge of 2017 (albeit a few days late)! If you're exercising outdoors, be sure to bundle up well! Soon the weather will be even colder and more snow will be falling. If the cold weather (or snow and ice) have pushed you inside for the rest of the year, take your exercise indoors with you (we have plenty of malls, gyms and other great indoor areas to get your miles in)! Now, set a goal and DON'T STOP MOVING!!!

***CHALLENGE RULES***
YOU set YOUR own mileage goal and accumulate miles by walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. It doesn't matter if your goal is 5 miles, 50 miles or 500 miles. You can join this challenge at ANY time during the month.

It works like this: copy and paste the entire previous post to add your name or update your mileage. Add your name to the list in ALPHABETICAL order and your goal for the month. It will look similar to the example shown at the bottom, using this format for the mileage information:
User ID ... Miles Today / Miles Completed Total / Goal for Month
