Welcome to the OCTOBER 2017 Mileage Challenge!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our September Challenge. Looks like we all ran into obstacles last month, so let's try again this month (and bring your SparkFriends)! Having trouble reaching your goal? Bump it down a notch. This challenge is between you and yourself; small victories are motivating and something to build on.

Autumn is here! The leaves are starting to change colors and it's getting cooler outside. Some of us love the cooler weather and some of us loathe it. But, you can always bundle up for the chilly days or take your exercise inside (we have plenty of malls, gyms and other great indoor areas to get your miles in). Now, set a goal and DON'T STOP MOVING!!!

***CHALLENGE RULES***
YOU set YOUR own mileage goal and accumulate miles by walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. It doesn't matter if your goal is 5 miles, 50 miles or 500 miles. You can join this challenge at ANY time during the month.

It works like this: copy and paste the entire previous post to add your name or update your mileage. Add your name to the list in ALPHABETICAL order and your goal for the month. It will look similar to the example shown at the bottom, using this format for the mileage information:
User ID ... Miles Today / Miles Completed Total / Goal for Month

EXAMPLE
