***CHALLENGE RULES***
Post what type of item it is, followed by the actual goal/action. It can be the same thing every day, or something different each day of the month.

or
Goal Motivator: Summer is coming!
or
Long-Term Goal: Maintain my XX-lb weight loss.

Obviously, some items might be more personal or private than others, so share what you're comfortable with. You might see something here that you want to add to your own Goal Board!
